This coat features a lapel collar with long sleeves and a button/tab front closure, designed with a regular, true-to-size fit. It's crafted from a soft-touch woven fabric blend and finished in a versatile grey shade suited for fall and winter wear.

Care instructions: Dry clean recommended. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed. Store on a hanger to help the coat retain its shape.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting conditions. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Pakistan.

Returns & Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for most unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 15 days of delivery, provided all original tags, labels, and packaging are intact. We'll also cover the return shipping cost if the issue is our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange unless received damaged or defective. Once your returned item passes inspection, your exchange will be processed and you will need to cover the shipping cost again to receive the new item.

To request an exchange, contact our support team within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos of the product (if applicable). Our team will review your request and share exchange instructions. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping

We currently ship across Pakistan, delivering to major cities as well as remote areas nationwide.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day, and processing may take slightly longer during sales or peak seasons.

Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days for major cities and 3–7 business days for other cities and remote areas. These are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Standard shipping charges are displayed at checkout, and free shipping promotions are announced on our website when available.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — Rosieya is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

If your package arrives damaged or with items missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos, and we'll investigate and assist accordingly.
